moore was GM through '21 and picollo took over in sept of '21 so:

ragans - 2023 - picollo
lugo - 2024 - picollo
wacha - 2024 - picollo
bubic - 2018 (drafted by royals) - moore
lorenzen - 2024 - picollo

so i'd say 4/5 are all picollo, and if you assume he was involved with drafting bubic, 5/5 are picollo
