And sovereign land is owned by the govt.. hence the people. So it is not free to occupy without consent just like Private Property is not Free to occupy without consent either.

I guess if you want to split hairs and say that Private Property is owned by one or a few individuals and Sovereign land is owned by all individuals then so be it but the Idea that anyone can freely occupy sovereign land without the consent of the Govt is False, no different than a person cannot occupy Private land without the owners consent.

So Hence the America People and Govt do not want Non-Citizens to have free reign or access to American Soil whether Privately owned or Govt controlled thus the analogy has validity. No matter how much you want to create a seperation.
