covered by the taxpayers (not that I should be poking fun at anyone's weight problems). They are truly beneath contempt. In a literal sense, though, they may have screwed up. This only covers actions taken in their employment for the state and these are private transactions. No worries though. I am sure they will find a way around that.
Oh, and JG, TigerMatt, KTC-Bone Tiger, Rask, M et al., scroll down in the story. They inserted a JPeg of a Power of Attorney that she signed granting Shamice Thompson-Harrison the authority to sign documents on her behalf. In said document, she said and I quote: "I HEREBY DECLARE, that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence.
This is what we in the legal world call fraud. It is also known as a bold-faced lie.
