Staircase-Escalante National Monument and Bear's Ear National Monument. Trump tried to reduce them before.
President Clinton declared the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument under the Antiquities Act in 1996.
President Obama declared Bears Ear National Monument in 2016.
In 2017, President Trump tried reducing the Grand Staircase-Escalente National Monument by 47% and Bears Ear National Monument by 85% and approved logging and mining coal but it was held up in courts by lawsuits from conservationists, hunters and anglers, questioning whether a President had the power to revoke National Monuments and National Parks.
Biden restored both territories.
House Republicans are making a push for selling federal land.
