Just because a Nuclear Sub wasn't around when the 2nd Amendment was formed doesn't mean the intent of the 2A wasn't for Civilians to have Equal Force as the Govt, that was the Very reason it was put in the Constitution. It gives the people the ability to over throw a unjust Govt as well as to protect one's self.
I get it the idea of one private citizen having that much power scares the Beta in you and the rest of the weak willed beta men and activist women that infest this planet.
But the Constitution is plenty clear on the idea that nobody should restrict a persons right to Bear Arms and that includes anything that can be manufactured. I've never read the part in the 2A about restriction of future weapons or advanced technology being outlawed for a Private Citizens of America.
