government really need to mandate what wage companies must pay their workers if they are going to do a contract for the government?
He said that by lowering the minimum required back to $13.50 that will "lower wages".
Do you believe that everyone working for those companies was being paid $17.50 *because* the government mandated it if they were going to do business with the US? Do you think that they are all going to lower the wages of all of their employees to $13.50 now?
