mean he is guranteed the job. I'm sure they paid Sam Horn quite a bit as well.
Whoever is the better player in Drink's mind will play. Not saying that Drink will be correct on his decision, but just saying because we brought in Pribula at some dumb number (that no one really knows) will guarantee him the starting job is dumb.
Is that how it works in the NFL? No - you see it all the time. Highly paid QB's get benched because they aren't playing well.
Plus the money is already spent for both players...so they will play the best player. There is no - well we didn't pay him $1.5M to sit the bench...
Well if he isn't as good as Sam Horn then grab the bench.
