That is when the Supreme Court is going to hear oral arguments on the extent of a lower court judge’s power to block a president’s policies nationwide. I do not believe that a district court judge has this power and the Supreme Court is going to rule in Trump's favor.

How could they rule otherwise? Although Rask, JG, TigerMatt, et al, do not care to admit it, there is such a thing a separation of powers. Can you imagine the chaos that would ensue if they rule that any district court judge has the authority to block the executive branch's agenda. It's ludicrous.
