Stop living in the past. Roster turnover from year to year makes it impossible to hang on to what we did in the past and can’t predict what we will do in the future regardless of the greatest in the whole wide world recruiting classes coming in that you cheerleaders keep saying every off season (ie: Jenny Finch coming here next year with super star High School stats against mostly non-competitive High School players). And then when the recruits don’t perform you say to get rid of the hitting coach but never say to get rid of Larissa Anderson. It all starts from the top and the inability to recruit… PERIOD!!!
