the bed in 2024. Started season ranked, enter game 2 ranked No. 19, then a five game losing streak to undranked teams, including 2 home losses.

Then got on a bit of a roll late in the season, had a chance to get bowl eligible, but they got curb stomped by Baylor, wasn't even competitive.

He had issues in 2024

He does seem very invested in this ku stadium (nm) - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 12:33:12
Welp….that’s not an SEC or Big Ten stadium. Nm - ClassicTiger MU - 5/2 11:11:41
          it wouldn't even be the smallest B1G stadium.(nm) - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:22:19
What do Northwestern and ku have in common? - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 11:55:25
yes it would. by quite a bit. the actual numbers: - phrejd STL - 5/2 11:54:16
you walked into his trap. Northwestern's new stadium - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 11:57:58
will seat around 35K. capacity is quite a bit higher - phrejd STL - 5/2 12:03:33
     coach leipold has done a fine job there(nm) - tmcats KSU - 5/2 10:35:46
2023 season was very good (for kU), but he really shat - TigerJackSwartz MU - 5/2 10:47:44
               Lost their OC - bagpipertiger MU - 5/2 14:18:07

               RE: Did you tell them you were a Vietnam Veteran?(nm) - mu7176grad MU - 5/2 09:37:21
Apparently it will hold less than it did… - Outsider MU - 5/2 07:26:37
But they make up for it by moving you further away - Mormad MU - 5/2 13:39:16
that is a good size for modern college football - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 09:12:22
It ranks near the bottom among Big 12 schools (14 or 15) - Valley Tiger MU - 5/2 09:53:24
                    and?(nm) - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 10:45:31
I'd say that is not "a good size for modern college football - Valley Tiger MU - 5/2 11:12:58
It isn't. Looks like at 42,000 it falls at 69th or so - TigerJackSwartz MU - 5/2 11:20:05
What does that matter? Is it large enough - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:18:23
your words were "good size" - it isn't.(nm) - Valley Tiger MU - 5/2 11:23:51
sure it is. "good" means good enough. - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:25:20
You also said it was good size for modern college football - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 12:00:37
perhaps he meant "good size for a mid-major football team" - phrejd STL - 5/2 12:06:32
I'd agree with that and like someone already mentioned, - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 12:14:51
it is quite strange (nm) - phrejd STL - 5/2 12:17:51
It's a good size for them, not sure about a lot of other - playhard KC - 5/2 09:23:09
good size for modern B12 football. What wouldn't cut it - TigerJackSwartz MU - 5/2 09:18:13
2 conferences and even then some B1G teams would be - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 09:21:56
Purdue drew 60,000 per last season. 42,000 seat stadium - Outsider MU - 5/2 09:55:49
you missed the point completely then.(nm) - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 10:45:16
                                   I don't believe he did(nm) - CulturedDan MU - 5/2 11:08:21
not sure he's the one missing here (nm) - phrejd STL - 5/2 10:53:35
                         Purdue averaged about 60,000 per game - Hickeytime MU - 5/2 09:48:05
sure they can but not necessary.(nm) - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 10:44:58
You’re trying way too hard to prove a point - Hickeytime MU - 5/2 11:01:47
                                        ok lets say a school loses 10k seats. At $100/seat - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:05:29
                                             Why isn’t Ohio State doing this? - Hickeytime MU - 5/2 11:17:01
                                                  Better question - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:19:26
                                                       we have never had 75K seats(nm) - tman MU - 5/2 13:08:34
we are adding seats. what are you talking about? - phrejd STL - 5/2 12:11:10
                                             That's $1M per game. And that doesn't include lost donations - TigerJackSwartz MU - 5/2 11:14:46
                                             They play more than 1 game a year(nm) - CulturedDan MU - 5/2 11:09:52
Ok, we'll do a ku specific scenario to avoid the nuh-uhs - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:16:53
you were proposing that Purdue removes 10K seats - CulturedDan MU - 5/2 11:18:36
I was proposing they'd be just fine in a nice new stadium - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:20:28
                                                                 they would have to charge $20 more a ticket/game just to - CulturedDan MU - 5/2 11:26:44
seats being lost have no donation requirements - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:32:42
                                                                           you're stretching here. a lot. it's weird. (nm) - phrejd STL - 5/2 12:12:42
Yeah, what good is more money in today's athletics? (nm) - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 10:48:35
The $ amount from 10k tickets is noise in the AD budget - Harvey Specter MU - 5/2 11:00:39
But the $ amount is greater than without those 10k seats - Lt. J. Dangle MU - 5/2 11:46:04
