process rights. Illegal aliens do not have the same 5th and 14th Amdt. DP rights as criminal defendants. Deportation is an administrative matter within the authority of the Executive Branch. Garcia has no further Constitutional rights. If he returns to the U.S. he can be deported to any country that will take him and there are no courts that can legally intervene.
