and then leaking into the basement.
I trenched my gutters on that side of the house, ran them down near the street and used the dirt I removed to regrade that side of the house. That was over five years ago and I have not had a leash since. It only cost me about $200.
Regrading is a cheap first option. If it works your problem is solved. If it doesn't your not really out much.
