Jeb purged FL roles of more than 10,000 black men. West Palm ballot was so effed up that 5,000 or so in a heavily Jewish district voted for Pat Buchanon. And W claims a win of some 500 votes. A telling comment at that time was that the Democrats led by Gore were doing everything they could to play by the rules of country while W's people played to win.
