I was sitting on my couch with the family watching the draft, and I wondered to myself how the fees are all handled.
My wife wasn't sure, but my 17 year old step daughter said the rights were transferred as you said so the schools have minimal say in the process. I disagreed, but you know how teenage girls are.
It was a whole thing, but we were all glad to get this subject out in the open regardless.
