parity. If artificial suppression of the value of other currencies is adjusted for, that too will bring down US wages relative to others' or bring theirs up relative to those in the US.

If other barriers to US exports are taken away, that too should militate towards increasing US exports and hence manufacturing.

Some companies are already moving production to the US or staying here rather than relocating out of the country. More investment in factories here should be another boost to manufacturing.

Why do you think none of those things will have any effect?
