and that is if he goes to a top 5 all time program.

He'd have to be doing it for his ego to prove he can win a natty at the big boys.
The advantage of MU is that he can come close or win a natty and will keep his job much longer.

Either way as long as his contract is within striking distance to the top programs, that is the smartest option
