People love consiracy theories. Im sure there are some out there who would swear that Biden or Hillary is responsible. Im sure there are some out there who would swear that Trump is in some way responsible. There are many who think it was a US govt conspiracy. The nice thing bout conspiracy theories is that you don't need any actual evidence, and the stranger the story the better.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
