Do you not see that in itself is extremely ****ed up?

It’s very simple and you keep dodging it… due process. Anyone who gets a deportation order can file a habeas petition for a judicial review. Trump lies and pretends this is a trial. It’s not. A federal judge looks over the case to see if the laws are being followed because there is an inherent flaw in immigration courts, they are not judicial and are operated by the Attorney General.

Trump wants to cut the courts out of it.

And we’ve seen good reason why Trump should not get away with it. His administration can’t be trusted. He doesn’t even listen to his immigration court rulings.
