Mexico City and Juarez just south of Brownsville Tx

We bought HF from them and shipped to St Louis (Alorton Ill). All the engineers at the Juarez plant lived across the border in Texas and their kids went to school in the US---their college age kids went to Texas, Tex AM, Tex Tech)

Can't imagine what it would be like now
