Waiting list. Just because you don't want to go to the games doesn't mean others don't. He also replaced the women's basketball coach, something the two previous ADs refused to do. He also worked previously in the MU athletic department under Alden so he knows what works at MU and what doesn't. Other than that I guess there is no evidence he should have been hired as the athletic director here. Who did you want them to hire?
