Dumbfuq was well within that when he pulled the knife.
Even though the officer retreated, the dead guy still rapidly closed the gap and was able to stab him repeatedly. And fvcktards on the Shack think officers are full of shìt when they ask people to keep their hands out of their pockets. The first thing I noticed was the POS reaching inside his clothing. The officer should have been drawing down on him by then.
Police don't use their "command presence" just to bark orders and be pr1cks. It's to maintain control of a situation where the suspect has the element of surprise.
