he committed other crimes while here, he received due process and a court of competent jurisdiction ordered his deportation. Judge Boesburg of the DC Ct. hasn't and can't establish jurisdiction in the case, he has contradicted himself repeatedly and his TRO and PI orders are illegal and they will be overturned on appeal. In any case, Garcia is not coming back.
