an individual trial. Guilty sentences for japanese would range from community service of two weeks to three months for the most egregious cases.

Any american soldier accused of harming or god forbid killing, an enemy combatant would be immediately imprisoned for jap-ophobia.

Each injured japanese soldier would be george floyded. Statues erected and streets named for every enemy combatant while american soldiers and taxpayers would have to pay reparations.

Seems fair.
