How does that work? Do they get money already raised?

Cuz they had over 400K raised.

I'm finding it hard to believe they had 25K, plus at least 10K for house deposit, lawyer retainer fee, money for new car in bank. That's easily 70K in cash.

If they had 70K in cash, then how in the hell does the judge reduce the bail bond down to 250K for financial hardship?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
