Is certainly worse than a totalitarian ruler


Totalitarian rule by the Spanish Inquisition, South African apartheid, the Russian czars all were proven by history to have been necessary impediments to the destruction of those countries civilizations.



So called Totalitarian rulers like Franco, Napoleon, Sukarno, Putin, and others either directly saved their countries from the destruction of mob rule or were vast improvements over the evil people who ruled collectively before.
