First, she claimed to have married her father.

The bigger fraud, is she claimed her 5 unit brownstone was only a 4 unit for the mortage. That allows her to enjoy a much lower interest rate.

James got a clear financial advantage and clearly lied. The lender was harmed by not getting the higher rate, unlike trump's bank.
