they will find a friendly obama/biden appointed lawyer, sue for all illegals based on case, demand immediate stop vian an injunction, then delay for months, and continue appeal to supreme court.

Even if they lose, the illegals scattered, ICE has to find them again, and if they do, they'll file another case.
