Garcia did receive his 'due process'. Evidence presented in two courts established he is a member of MS-13, that he entered the U.S. illegally, was detained and has been deported to El Salvador, his native country. Garcia is never coming back no matter what the inferior district court Judge orders. A link to the removal proceedings order is here:
