1. He wasn't classified as a member of MS-13 by 2 immigration courts?
2. MS-13 was not designated a terror organization?
3. The Supreme Court had not overturned a lower court ruling by saying that those who are members of terrorist organizations cannot be brought into the United States?
4. That he is a citizen of El Salvador?
5. That he is in an El Salvadore prison?
6. That El Salvadore has a right to deal with him as per their own laws?
7. That the US has no right to in effect kidnap him and bring him back?
