Lots of rehearsed talking points and uninformed tropes here. Most immigrants are not only unmotivated, they are very hardworking. Why do you think the agricultural fields, the meatpacking and poultry plants, textile factories, the roofing industry are all full of recent immigrants. These are some of the toughest jobs in the country for the pay they get. If they were not motivated to work and not hardworking, they would not be filling these jobs. I am for stopping illegal immigration. We have a right to vet those coming in, and to know who is here. I would greatly increase legal immigration though, as our economy specifically needs these highly motivated and unskilled workers. I guess our citizens are too "unmotivated".
