Approaching 80 is not typically the point in life people mature or start to figure things out. The window of opportunity of him becoming a normal functioning and capable human closed a long time ago.

He will be remembered historically as the embodiment of what it means to be a stupid person, possibly the go to reference for future generations for stupidity and incompetence will be to reference Trump
