paid for work that was approved by project managers. He claims substandard work as his reason for non-payment, then offered to hire them again. It doesn't matter what I type, folks will claim "lawfare" or "consider the source" or "that wasn't Trump it was people around him" - his university was a fraud, his charitable organization was a fraud. And yes, others have done similar fraudulent things.
