GP had some 1st year roster turnover, shake ups,etc. Was implementing his whole system, with new guys. Urban, was in the same boat, but had a more senior team. The kicker was, GP was running the same stuff he did at Toledo..and the BG kids knew it well. And they responded.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
