I struggle to find the relevance of this lady's position in the context of a government agency tasked with conservation of our natural resources. One entire page consisting of meaningless jargon and inconsequential mumbo jumbo. Whose idea was it to incorporate an impractical and useless social 'science' project with the important work of the MDC?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
