Well yes. The Canadian dairy farmers will for sure meet all the quotas they can. Because they are basically guaranteed to make money on it. The exception would be if they had some sort of bad feed or disease and then they would turn to USA.


Basically the same for poultry. There is no quota for pork and I don’t think there is for beef. (Might be wrong on that)
