then it's not a good idea to implement the tariffs before eliminating the income tax. It also doesn't help that the Trump admin has had zero consistent messaging with their ultimate goal on the tariffs. Are they negotiating tools or a net good for America? Both of those things can't be true at the same time.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
