I would certainly advocate for sending them home if they were advocating violence. It would also depend on their exact visa, residence status, and what the terms of that were. In every case, though, I would provide due process to make sure that the allegations were credible, and that the terms of their visa or residence were followed. Its one of the most basic principles of our democracy that we don't act on allegations without due process.
