classified info that is only allowed on "high side", secure systems? Aren't most government communications required to be on government systems that are archived for historical purposes?

Violations of those principles are what Hillary was castigated for (in addition to destroying the evidence), and for which Trump repeatedly campaigned on a promise to "Lock her up" when challenging Hillary Clinton in 2016, no?

(High side, in government parlance, refers to classified computer and communications systems.)
