I am waiting to say to hear one of them say, "I flucked up. My responsibility, my fault".
Not sure I buy Trump saying that he hadn't heard of it and told the press told him.
If it was an inadvertent addition, especially by a staffer, and it did not impact the success of the mission, I think a reprimand to the person in charge should be sufficient here.
A general is responsible for what his lieutenants do. And the secretary of defense is responsible for what his officers do.
The media and the Marxist of course will act like this was an act of treason. Sissy boy, Pete butt itch is acting like they just leaked the plans to D-Day. Marxists love to pretend to be patriots like male swimmers love to pretend to be females.
All that said, one of the principles has to step up, take responsibility, except his punishment and then we can move on.
