It's the easiest of things. Simply point out what is wrong with everything, throw out the most ideal examples of the "perfect state" you desire, and never offer any credible, positive, working plan for how to actually get there.
It's not that this is bad, but it's juvenile, simplistic, and really not at all helpful. It is how children tend to see things.
