You're missing the point

This judge was originally appointed by Bush, then promoted by Obama. Not sure how that makes him a "Democrat judge". Also, just because a judge wants due process in the deportation process (actually prove their immigration status or lack thereof, and establish the reason for deportation), does not mean they want "foreign terrorists to live in the U.S. Maybe prove they are actually terrorists for a start.
