Actually it did, you just didnt realize it. The post was about people in power in the government rigging elections. Both parties do it all the time. One of the msot effective ways is through gerrymendering. Anyone paying attentions knows that the vast majority of congressional seats in the country are rigged for one party or the other. Primaries are the real elections, because the districts have been "fixed" so that in the majority of congressional districts the outcome of the general election is not in doubt. The Supreme Court is currently OK with this. I get a kick out of either party complaining that the other is rigging elections, when they both do everything they can to rig every election.
