the left had some legitimacy to its arguments about equal rights, wars and poverty.

The radicals of the 60s are now the people at the highest positions in government, academia and media.

They feel imbued with and emboldened by their successes in the 60s.

They have moved from equal rights for blacks to special rights for blacks.

They have moved from demanding free speech to now demanding only speech that they approve.

They have moved from demanding a welcoming, diverse country to putting the "rights" of foreigners over the rights of american citizens.

They shold lhave quit while lthey were ahead.

The real problem now, imo, is the funding of the radicals by international money. Europe is New Arabia. All of america was becoming New Mexico under bronco and ... bronco II.

The radical left had grievances and demanded power. They got it.

And power corrupts.
