I don't know any farmers or landowners who want to destroy their property and I've never heard anyone express the desire to. Its the questionable spending, the endless social programs and the wasteful and fraudulent use of our tax dollars that so many taxpayers find objectionable. Schumer doesn't attempt to address that. Instead, he goes directly to demagoguery, appealing to prog biases.
