First of all the US spends way more than 860 billion on military related spending as this nearly six year old article outlines

Second of all- discounting the United States ENTIRELY, NATO
outspends CHINA and RUSSIA combined....by 10%.
Third- the trump wants to add over 100 billion to that waste fraud and abuse, that the Musk doesn't seem to be able to find.
