(which are a Congressional creation, not a Constitutional one) can decide, nation-wide, rulings on any cases.
Giving a single District Judge the power to enjoin the highest (Presidential) level of the Executive Branch is no more logical than giving a single member of Congress the ability to pass legislation. The Supreme Court must address this issue.
As it stands, the President needs permission from all 833 federal judges in the United States to do his job — including dozens of activists that were installed by previous Democrat regimes.
District judges are not coequals and should be powerless to put restraining orders on the President. Only congress and the Supreme Court are co-equals to the president.
