Again, not just a Biden issue. Could certainly claim that his last few years he wasnt very aware of what was going on. But if that invalidated everything he passed, then anything passed in Reagan's last few years, and DFRs last few years, would have to be out as well. Not sure if there are others, but those are the most obvious ones. Not sure that an investigation would tell us anything we don't already know.
