one day it is $4/doz, another day it is $8. Given we are near a lot of the layer farms, that could be why.
The one time I saw it at $7/doz, it was empty. Not sure if they just did not have enough, or everyone needed eggs anyways.
I use mostly egg whites, which were actually on sale yesterday, and price seems stable there.
But nothing policy wise has changed to say that anything government has or has not done to have any influence on it.
