The blame referred to here is the actions of the US in the last administration.
you make it sound as if they had no other options b/c it's a 30 year problem.
Well, 2014 isn't 30 years ago (Hi Victoria Nuland) and all of the NATO aggression since then isn't 30 years ago.
You're not adding anything by calling it a 30 year old problem and then holding nobody accountable now.
The US gvmt has CHOICES.
