It is abundantly clear that you don't understand. He is complaining about the trade situation with Canada. He negotiated the current trade pact with Canada in his first term. He said it was a great deal. Now he is saying it is horribly unfair, and we need to change it. It hasn't changed since he negotiated it. So was he lying then or is he lying now? Or is he just a lunatic who doesn't know what he's talking about. Again, the deal at the start of this term was not done by Biden, it was done by Trump, and he told us how great it was. His words.
